Ai gjithashtu përshkruan se si TAP-i do të investojë në projekte sociale dhe mjedisore.

On the 28th of September 2011, the Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) announced that it has submitted Preliminary Environmental Impact Assessment (PEIA) to the Greek Ministry of Environment. This document was revised and resubmitted to the Greek authorities on the 8th of February 2012. This revision considers changes to the overall engineering concept of the project in which one compressor station originally foreseen near to the village of Nea Mesimvria is not required anymore.

Draft Shtojcë e VNMS-së së TAP Shqipëri - Stacioni i kompresorëve ACS02 të TAP
Në bazë të rezultateve të testit të tregut, një procedurë e rregulluar që kryhet çdo dy vjet për të vlerësuar kërkesën e tregut për zgjerimin e kapacitetit afatgjatë të tubacionit, nëse rezultatet e testimit të tregut provojnë nevojën e zgjerimit të kapacitetit të tubacionit, kapaciteti i kompresimit në Shqipëri do të duhet të rritet. Në këtë kontekst, objekti ACS02, i cili aktualisht funksionon si stacion matës, do të përmirësohet për të funksionuar si stacion kompresorësh. Për këtë arsye TAP ka përgatitur dhe paraqet për konsultim me publikun Draft Shtojcën e Vlerësimit të Ndikimit Mjedisor dhe Social të ndryshimeve të Stacionit të kompresorëve ACS02 të TAP, të cilën mund t'a shkarkoni më poshtë:

Për shkak të strukturave të paqëndrueshme gjeologjike, TAP në një numër seksionesh të gazsjellësit ka qenë i detyruar të devijojë gazsjellësin nga gjurma e parë.
VNMS Shqipë - Amendmenti 3 (Shqip)
Ndryshimi i tretë i VNMS-së së TAP-it në Shqipëri përshkruan gjashtë ndryshime në projekt krahasuar me gjendjen e vitit 2013 (miratimi i VNMS-së dhe data e lëshimit të Lejes Mjedisore). Të gjitha ndryshimet janë projektuar që të kenë ndikim minimal në mjedis dhe në komunitetet përgjatë gjurmës së TAP-it në Shqipëri.
Amendamenti i Dytë për VNMS
Amendamenti i Dytë për VNMS-në e TAP-it përshkruan dy ndryshime në projekt krahasuar me statusin e vitit 2013 (miratimi i VNMS-së dhe data e Lëshimit të Lejes Mjedisore). Ndryshimi i parë ka të bëjë me një rregullim të gjurmës në zonën e Potomit, që ndodhet në pjesën qendrore dhe lindore të gazsjellësit (midis KP 78 dhe KP 86.4). Ndryshimi i dytë i referohet ndërtimit të një rrugë të re ndihmëse (AR 460-3). Të dyja ndryshimet janë projektuar për të zvogëluar ndikimin në mjedis dhe komunitet.

As part of its stakeholder engagement activities, TAP is disclosing the contents of the ESIA report to the local communities in Albania. Residents of areas potentially affected by the pipeline are invited to provide their views and comments, which will be incorporated in the project development.

On 17 April 2014, well ahead of schedule, TAP submitted additional documents for integration into the ESIA application to the Ministry of Environment and of Cultural Heritage in Italy and to all the relevant authorities involved in the authorisation procedure.
