REMIT është rregullorja e BE-së 1227/2011 për integritetin dhe transparencën e tregut të energjisë me shumicë, që synon të parandalojë manipulimin e tregut të energjisë dhe tregtimit bazuar në informacion konfidencial.

Në përputhje me Nenin 4 të REMIT, TAP-i bën publike mesazhet urgjente të tregut (UMM) më poshtë.

      Expression of interest – Supply of Gas for Operational Purposes (May 2021) Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) AG will soon be launching an Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the purchase of gas required for operational activities, including the fuelling of the compressor stations. The ITT outline – which will be published on 17 May 2021 on the page https://www.tap-ag.com/about-tap/contracting-with-tap/procurement – will set out the terms of the tender process and include a pro-forma Expression of Interest (EoI) so that interested parties can register their interest in receiving the full ITT package. Interested companies can submit an EoI until 6 June 2021. TAP intends to issue the related ITT to qualifying bidders on 7 June 2021.

      Please note that the forward firm available capacity at the IP Melendugno and IP Nea Mesimvria published on the PRISMA Capacity Booking Platform might differ from the available forward firm capacity published on the ENTSOG Transparency Platform for the respective IPs, due to the competition constraint between IP Nea Mesimvria and IP Melendugno.       For the IP Nea Mesimvria, TAP has published on PRISMA Capacity Booking Platform the available capacity for the January 2021 monthly auction. This auction will be run on 21 December 2020, in accordance with ENTSOG Auction Calendar. The commercialisation of day-ahead capacity will start within the following days.
